What are your business hours?
We are open 24/7/365 to meet your event and production needs around the clock day or night. Standard deliveries occur between the hours of 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. Please visit our Google Page
How long is the rental period?
Unlike all other rental houses, we offer an extended 72 hour rental on all of our equipment for the same price as a daily rate.

What other products do you carry?
We are a one-stop-shop for everything you would need for your event. We provide lighting sound and visual products to go along with your stage rental.
How far in advance should I begin planning and placing my rental reservation?
There is no specific requirement, however, once you have chosen the date for your event call us to place a deposit and make your reservation to ensure availability. Reservations are strongly recommended to ensure desired rental items and quantities are available for your specific dates.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and Bitcoin.
Do you require a deposit?
Upon placing your order we require a 50% deposit. Payment is due in full prior to delivery. We normally charge the card on file two weeks prior to delivery.
Do you require a security deposit?
The deposit is a flat amount based on the size of the order and equipment value. It is a contingency to cover loss, damage, late returns, and unexpected conditions requiring additional services. The deposit is returned after the order is checked in and your rental is closed.
Is there a minimum order?
We do not have a required minimum order.
How long does installation take?
This depends on the size of the order. In general, most stage rental setups take about 2-4 hours. For larger events, a full day or multiple days may be required for complete installations of all rental components.
Can I pick up the rentals myself?
Yes. Please contact one of our rental associates to discuss a will call equipment pickup. Please note that not all rental products can be picked by will call.
Can I make changes to my order?
Additional items may be added to an order up until the day prior to delivery and/or customer pick-up. Restocking charges may apply to order last-minute cancellations.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date qualify for a full refund. Cancellation on special orders or custom manufactured products is not refundable.
Delivery of equipment is available for an additional charge. Rates are based on delivery to the door or loading dock. There will be additional charges for unusual circumstances such as stairs and long-distance carries. Deliveries are between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. If you require delivery and/or pick-up outside of normal hours or at a specific time within those hours, an additional charge may apply.
What time will my order arrive?
Delivery schedules are generated 24 hours prior and provided in 2-hour windows. Late changes, emergency orders, and other unexpected circumstances such as traffic and bad weather can cause delays or changes to the delivery schedule. You may call our 24-hour support line at any time on the day of delivery and we can provide exact delivery estimates.
